  • Customer: The person or business using Blazestone Hosting Australia’s services.
  • Customer Service: The support Blazestone Hosting provides to the Customer.
  • eTicket: A secure message sent by the Customer to Blazestone Hosting Australia for assistance.
  • Legacy Service(s): Services no longer available for purchase but still in use by some customers.
  • Server Management Jobs: Configuration tasks completed by Blazestone Hosting’s technical team, such as installing software or configuring servers.
  • Shared cPanel Web Hosting: Services hosted on servers shared with other customers.
  • Service(s): The products or services the Customer has signed up for (e.g., web hosting, domain registration, SSL, etc.).
  • We/Our/Us: Blazestone Hosting (ABN 18 672 951 503).
  • You/Your: The person or business using Blazestone Hosting’s services.
  1. Acceptance
  • By ordering services, you accept this policy and all related terms (e.g., Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Customer Service Policy).
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use of the services follows this policy, including content you upload or run.
  1. Unacceptable Content and Material
  • You cannot publish, transmit, or store content that: 
    • Involves child pornography or violence.
    • Includes hate speech, harassment, or deceptive content.
    • Violates privacy, safety, or national security.
    • Infringes on trademarks or intellectual property.
    • Promotes illegal activities (e.g., drug trafficking, gambling).
    • Promotes malware, fraud, or other malicious activity.
  1. Prohibited Use
  • Shared cPanel Web Hosting cannot be used for: 
    • Storing backup files unrelated to your website.
    • Running bots, proxy scripts, or file-sharing sites.
    • Hosting pirated software, illegal gambling, or game servers.
    • Any activity deemed unacceptable by Blazestone Hosting.
  1. Security
  • You are responsible for the security of your hosted data and scripts.
  • Ensure all scripts are up to date to avoid vulnerabilities.
  • Keep your passwords safe and avoid using weak passwords.
  • Set proper file and folder permissions for your services.
  1. Excessive Resource Usage
  • Shared hosting services have resource limits (CPU, memory, etc.). Exceeding these limits will cause your site to become temporarily unavailable until usage is reduced.
  • Do not run scripts that overload server resources or use more than your allocated limits (e.g., long-running scripts, excessive file storage).
  1. Backups
  • You are responsible for backing up your data.
  • Blazestone Hosting is not liable for data loss.
  1. Spam and Bulk Email
  • Do not use the service for sending unsolicited or bulk email (spam).
  • Do not use purchased email lists for mass emailing.
  1. Non-compliance and Remedy
  • If your service breaches this policy but doesn’t impact others, you’ll receive a notice asking for compliance. If you don’t respond, your service may be suspended.
  • If your service negatively impacts other users, it may be suspended immediately.
  • Repeat violations will result in immediate suspension and potential service termination after 2 breaches within 3 months.
  • If a service is suspended, you will be notified by email and may need to pay a reactivation fee to resume service.
  • If Blazestone Hosting incurs third-party fees to address your policy breach, you will be responsible for these costs.
  • No refunds are given for policy violations.
  1. Changes
  • Blazestone Hosting may update this policy at any time.
  • Updates take effect once posted on our website.
  • Continued use of services means you accept the updated terms. If you don’t accept the changes, you can cancel your services according to our cancellation policy.
