How Do I Transfer My Domain Away From Blazestone?

You’re always free to move your domain to another provider. Here’s the process:

1. Contact us to request your domain be unlocked and to receive your Auth/EPP Code.
2. We’ll provide the Auth Code within 5 business days of a valid request, at no charge — unless there are unpaid invoices or the domain is within 60 days of initial registration or a previous transfer.
3. Use the Auth Code to initiate the transfer with your new provider.
4. You’ll receive a confirmation email (Form of Authorisation) — approving it completes the transfer, usually within 5–7 days.

Note: any prepaid time remaining isn’t refunded on transfer out, but the domain typically gains an extra year with the new provider.

Contact us to start a transfer.
